Job description:

Working into the Client Services Director and alongside a team of specialists, the Account Manager will manage the delivery of their portfolio of clients, ensuring work is delivered on time and on budget. Alongside this the role will require you to build and nurture relationships   to ensure retention and growth.

You’ll coordinate internal and external teams across design, development, PR and digital advertising, so an understanding of these disciplines is key.

A natural ability to understand and interpret client briefs will be required, and you’ll be comfortable writing and delivering creative briefs.

You’ll have organisational expertise and can manage a varied portfolio of clients, staying aware to spot new opportunities.

Person specification

Required Professional Skills:

At least two years Account Management experience gained within an agency environment
A solid understanding of social media and digital channels (including a basic knowledge of digital advertising practices)
Project Management experience
A good understanding of design and web development processes
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel proficiency
A love of travel both internationally and within the UK!
