Job description

We are an award-winning product design studio based in the centre of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and we have anexcellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant or for a candidate looking to take the next step within their career.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production of monthly accounts
- Monthly account reconciliations and raising of necessary invoices and posting of relevant transactions
- Monthly VAT returns
- Sales Invoicing - Raising, issuing and posting
- Processing Purchase Invoices
- Credit Control
- Monitoring Debtors and Creditors and resolving any queries accordingly
- Producing weekly and monthly payment runs
- Carrying out bank reconciliations

Candidate Skills and Qualifications
- Experience of SAP / Sage / Quickbooks
- AAT level 3 or equivalent desirable
- Previous within a similar role
- Strong excel skills
- The ability to prioritise own workload & multi task
- Be a Team Player
- Strong attention to detail
- Shows great initiative

Hours: 
Monday – Friday 
9am – 5pm
