Role Summary

Giftcloud is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team.  As an Account Manager you will be primarily responsible for managing a portfolio of large clients on a day-to-day basis. The role will include managing and executing client campaigns, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and bringing new products to market.

Duties include:

Account Management:

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with large brands, affiliate networks and agencies to increase client spend.
  • Responsible for new client onboarding, ensuring new clients are set up in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Full end to end management of product setup to ensure new products are brought to market successfully.
  • Manage and execute all elements of client campaigns to deliver maximum value and ROI for the business and clients
  • Communicate in a professional and timely manner with brands and networks
  • Develop and understand the client’s long and short term marketing objectives, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and performance
  • Resolving customer, product and IT issues
  • Setting up, analysing and making improvements to large and frequent campaigns
  • Managing multiple clients at any one time
  • Manage client expectations on campaign performance
  • Complete regular offer performance reviews and forecasts
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and client presentations using software such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office
  • Proactively develop a deep understanding of the gifting sector and key trends


  • Deliver weekly reports and updates on portfolio growth and effectiveness of campaign managementUtilise Google analytics, internal data and market insight to deliver post campaign reports to drive future performance
  • Identify and report on weekly and monthly fluctuations
  • Attend and prepare updates for the weekly Giftcloud meeting
  • Report on competitor activity for clients


  • Liaising with finance to ensure invoices are sent, overdue payments are collected and breakage and commission statements are delivered
  • Monitor and manage stock for all campaigns
  • Assisting the customer service team with customer queries

  • Great relationship management skills
  • Experience of managing relationships and building strong relationships
  • A proven track record of delivering campaigns in line with KPI’s
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of raw data and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Ability to work on multi-faceted client programs and deal with tight deadlines
  • Confident, with strong interpersonal skills in a client facing situation
  • Proficient user of MS Office and Google Docs
