Job description

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Agile PM/Scrum Master to join us for a 3-6month FTC.

What you will do…

  • You will be responsible for establishing an environment in which the development team can effectively deliver a programme of work for our prestigious automotive client.
  • Continually coach a delivery team of Developers, QA and BA in Agile best practices. 
  • Be well versed in Agile principles, events and artefacts, ensuring that the team work within its values and principles, removing any obstacles that challenge the progress of the sprint and addressing any team dynamics. 
  • Report progress across several streams of work and manage expectations around time, scope and budget with internal stakeholders
  • Work in a cross-functional Squad alongside Client Services and Tech Leads.

What you will need to succeed…

  • Considerable experience of delivering Agile digital projects, whether that be as a Project Manager, Product Owner or Scrum Master.
  • Agile delivery, and dev team management are must haves
  • Solid knowledge and experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Ideally you will have a Product Owner, Scrum and/or Agile PM Qualification with experience of Continuous Delivery / Integration
  • Experience of TDD/BDD/XP
  • Practical experience of Umbraco (or other CMS exposure)
