Job description

We are currently looking for an organised Recruitment Administrator to provide administration support with a wide range of tasks for a busy team who are hiring great talent into Zone.

Duties include:

  • Scheduling interviews: supporting the team scheduling candidate interviews with hiring managers, including setting up video calls, diary management, meeting room bookings and travel arrangements
  • Candidate management: ensuring candidates have a positive experience when interacting with Zone, responding to their queries and ensuring their details are accurately entered into our ATS and HCM systems
  • Research: providing market insight to the team to help build candidate pipelines for resourcing projects
  • Data and reporting: ensure candidate administration is accurate and updated. Ensure accurate reporting of hiring data
  • Recruitment marketing: own and coordinate creation and posting of social media content that amplifies Zone’s employer brand
  • Event organisation: support with internal and external event organisation and meet-ups

  • Self-motivated team player who loves working in a fast-paced environment
  • Top-notch organisation skills, with good attention to detail
  • Able to juggle multiple responsibilities and keep calm under pressure
  • Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Proficient using tools such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of using social media tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Glassdoor and Instagram
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools such as an ATS would be an advantage but not essential
