Job description

Signable is an eSignature software provider with offices in Central Bristol & Eastleigh, Southampton. We are a small but fast-growing team who are passionate and hard working towards our goal of becoming the best eSignature provider in the UK. We’re now looking for the right person to join our marketing team, who can take ownership of our PPC channels and work collaboratively on designing and delivering marketing campaigns, to keep the business moving in its successful direction.

Who you are and what you’ll be doing

You will be proactive and creative when it comes to brainstorming ideas for multi-channel campaigns. You will have solid experience in PPC and know your way around Google Analytics. You’ll be able to read data to help create well-informed future campaigns and you won’t shy away from owning a campaign from start to finish.

As a Saas company we rely heavily on inbound marketing tactics, and so feeling comfortable with content creation is essential. We are also currently going through a rebrand, so you will understand the importance of maintaining our brand’s new image online and will write in accordance to our TOV guidelines.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing our PPC channels (Adwords & Bing), this includes: managing daily budget,  ad text improvements, keyword updates, negative keyword changes, landing page update, monthly reporting
  • Using Google Analytics to review and measure website performance
  • Quality content creation for inbound marketing tactics as well as campaign support
  • Responsible for the end-to-end management of campaigns. Including research, design, implementation, reporting and analysis
  • Collaborating with Signable teams (not just marketing) in order to deliver successful campaigns
  • Working with marketing team to design quarterly calendars
  • Continued growth of knowledge and expertise in our product and competitors
  • Maintaining a good knowledge of current developments and trends affecting Signable’s market
  • Staying professionally aware of the best practices and latest developments, including products, channels, new features and services available.

Essential skills

  • A working knowledge of B2B marketing
  • A strong knowledge of SEO and analytics
  • Experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • The ability to manage multiple projects
  • As a distributed team, the ability to work as such is a must. We use tools to help this, so an understanding of Slack, Trello and Google Docs is important
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop, InDesign & illustrator)    
  • Good writing skills

Useful skills

  • An understanding of eSignatures (benefits, legality and target customers)
  • Experience with SaaS businesses
  • Experience in a previous internet based startup
