Diva has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager / ambitious Account Manager to join our award winning Creative Agency.
With a client list that represents some of the biggest names in the Video Games industry, this is a varied and interesting role that is ideal for an experienced Senior Account Manager looking for a new challenge. You will be the first point of contact for the client on a day to day basis and will be required to build and maintain strong client working relationships whilst driving the business forward.
You should be passionate about personal and professional development, getting to know our client’s products and always strive to keep up to date on industry news. You’ll show a willingness to work hard, in a fast paced, collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a minimum of five years experience in an account handling role in the creative industry and demonstrate a passion for the video games and entertainment genres.

What will I be doing?
Reporting directly to the Account Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening the day-to-day client-agency relationship. You will manage the operational aspects of client accounts, and respond to briefs by delivering quality creative work across multiple channels, approaching these with both a creative and commercial mindset.
Working alongside Senior Management, you will develop an in-depth understanding of our clients’ business needs, values and objectives.
You will be expected to report as necessary to your line managers on the financial health of clients accounts and projects and assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
You should regularly be looking to inform your line manager of new opportunities for growth from existing accounts from a business development perspective.
You will maintain detailed awareness of relevant market trends affecting your accounts, and developments in the wider advertising, communications and creative industries. This includes but not limited to video game releases, industry events and announcements.
You will also maintain awareness of the ever evolving creative landscape (e.g. new platforms and formats), and the technical and creative capabilities of the studio teams. Ensuring that you best match those capabilities with the needs and requirements of the client.
