Job description

Come and join a boutique interaction and service design consultancy and work on challenging interaction design and research projects for high-profile e-commerce, charity and government clients.

You’ll be working directly with the founders but you’ll still have lots of autonomy and the opportunity to define and steer our approach to projects. 

Person specification

- You'll want to work in a growing company that is being designed around the way people want to work - flexible / remote all possible
- You'll want to develop your skills by working with some experienced consultants
- You'll want to work in a company where research and design are our main services
- You’ll be entrepreneurial, love your work & be very good at what you do
- You are excited by the potential of design and technology to have a positive effect on lives
- You care about the details of the work
- You're confident conducting and analysing research - user insight, usability, remote and face to face
- You have experience of working on government / charity projects or retail projects
- You have a research background and you know this isn’t just about screen design - your are thinking about the bigger picture
- You probably have a degree or MSC in a psychology / design or HCI related area
- You probably have 2+ years of experience


We're based on King St in central Bristol, most of our clients are in London, so you must be happy with occasional travel.

We’re open to flexible working and we are family orientated.

Currently our priority is finding the right full time person for this permanent role but we'd also like to connect with people looking for freelance work.

We’re looking for someone to start in January 2018.

Salary depending on experience.
