Mentor Digital, one of Bristol’s fastest growing digital agencies, based just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre, is looking for a Digital Project Manager to oversee website integration projects.

We are a full-service agency with a high-end software and technical systems development team, an excellent UX and creative team and a video production department to support our growing list of impressive clients.

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager with a proven track record within the software / digital media world, and a visible portfolio of projects. You will need to be an excellent communicator and will be able to manage the technical and creative delivery of multiple projects simultaneously while documenting and keeping a tight rein on project timelines, requirements and budgets.

You will be a technically minded person, will have the ability to communicate and manage functional requirements, and document them in a way that clients and internal teams can understand and work from. You will be super organised with the ability to manage multiple development teams and approach problems in a logical and methodical manner.

The role will include the following:

  • Managing and supporting the delivery of multiple concurrent web / software / creative projects
  • Working with our in-house development team (including daily stand-ups and retrospectives with our creative and development teams)
  • Project timeline management (including support in creating project plans and subsequent updates to project roadmaps)
  • Scheduling the implementation of projects with our production manager (including identifying resource conflicts across multiple projects)
  • Management of project-level client communications with clients / working with client-side PMs (including status calls and client meetings as required)
  • Managing and supporting the management of change requests identified during project delivery phase
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to ensure that projects are profitable, and stakeholders informed (internal and external reports)
  • Adhering to Mentor delivery standards, established development cycles and documenting any new processes or maintaining the existing documentation
  • Keeping project data in Jira up to date at all times
  • Ensuring consistency between different data sources
  • Producing project initiation documents and closing projects down
  • Testing and reporting bugs, support in overseeing and planning internal QA and client-side testing/ UAT (including identify bug reports that are expected behaviour reported by mistake)
  • Logging time and support in ensuring project teams do so accurately
  • Attending and/ or organising internal meetings (including project retrospectives and internal handovers) as required
  • Working closely with our client services team

Experience with Jira and Basecamp, E-commerce and CRM integration projects is desirable but not required.
