Telling a story in a single frame deserves to be celebrated too and we'll be bringing the very best from the world of wildlife and environmental photography to the festival.

Friday 14 October will see a day dedicated to the art of natural world storytelling through photography and we're really excited by the prospect of bringing together both filmmakers and photographers to discuss their work, learn and grow creatively and promote positive action to protect our natural world.

Delegates will hear from some of the most inspirational, talented and experienced photographers and publishers from within the industry and hear about everything from starting out and making a living, to techniques and storytelling to deliver real conservation awareness and action. The day will give a real insight into the reality of life as wildlife and environmental photographer.

The multiple award-winning line-up of speakers includes undercover photojournalist Britta Jaschinski; underwater specialist Tony Wu; National Geographic Magazine contributor Ronan Donovan; optical wizard and award-winning filmmaker Martin Dohrn, plus decision-making representatives from Barcroft Media and National Geographic. There will also be a rare opportunity to hear from Tim Laman – one of the world’s leading rainforest photographers and regular National Geographic contributor – during a very special evening event at St George’s.

Capacity is limited so book early.
