After the success of last years AniJam at Encounters Film Festival, Show Me The Animation are excited to announce that we will be hosting another AniJam event this year in partnership with At-Bristol and Bristol City Council on the 28th, 29th & 30th June.

So how does the AniJam work? Well, the AniJam is a 48hr creative mission in which animators and artist are challenged to create a short film, To make that sound less daunting thats a whole 2880 minutes. 48hrs to create an animation from start to finish? Sound Crazy? Well it probably is, but as last years participants showed its certainly possible; You can check out last years films over at:

Animators are invited to participate in this years AniJam which will take place over the last weekend of June, beginning at 1pm on Friday 28th June and running until 1pm Sunday 30th June. With the event being held with At Bristol we will have access to an inspiring venue with fantastic facilities.

??All successfully completed films will be screened in a big Premier Screening on the Big Screen in Millenium Square during the Sunday afternoon and subsequently shown everyday on the Big Screens across the nation for at least a month.

After the event all completed films will also be featured on the Show Me The Animation website where a online vote will take place to help decide an overall winning film.?? The winning film will be announced at an upcoming Show Me The Animation night (date tbc).
