'CineMe Shorts' - Networking & Short Film Showcase

Join CineMe Films in July for 'CineMe Shorts' - Our monthly short film showcase and networking event for filmmakers and creatives, or anyone looking for the alternative cinema experience. This month includes a selection of animated shorts made by Bafta nominated animator Felix Massie (http://www.felixmassie.co.uk/), including The Surprise Demise of Francis Cooper's Mother and Keith Reynolds Can't Make It Tonight. We will also be screening a selection of shorts made by Bristol filmmaking troup 'I'm With Them Productions' (http://www.imwiththemproductions.com/), 3D Sci-Fi short 'Tracer' which was made for the Encounters 0117 Film Challenge, Geoff Hall's 'My Name is Sorrow' - A short film about a woman locked by her owners in a nondescript room (http://mynameissorrow.com/), plus a screening of Mustapha Kseibati's excellent 15 minute short, 'Skateboards and Spandex' (2010, http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1773681/). The evening will also include a DVD and movie merchandise giveaway, plus a long interval to allow people to network and socialise. Filmmakers screening their work will be in attendance and will be introducing their work to the audience. This months 'CineMe Shorts' event lasts 90 minutes approx and starts at 8pm, so please arrive before the start time to be seated.
