DMA West- Cookies Law- what you need to be doing

Come to this afternoon session (free for DMA members) to get up to speed on the cookies law and find out what it means to the direct and digital marketing industry. Time is running out for UK organisations to comply with the EU Privacy and Communications Directive, which was passed in May 2011. ??? James Mullock of Osborne Clarke will explain how the cookies law came into being and how it affects your organisation. ??? Caroline Roberts, Director of Public Affairs at the DMA will provide a practical guide on how to make sure you understand what your company needs to do and how to quickly ensure you are not breaking the law. ??? Bristol-based agency Intimis will then show you a best practice case study demonstrating how they and their clients remain on the right side of the law.
