Vision and The Pony Kitchen
Bristolian-born chef and entrepreneur Josh Eggleton will be at the helm of 2017’s Vision Conference catering, using his culinary skills to provide a delicious menu for delegates.
Chef-Patron of the Michelin starred pub and restaurant The Pony & Trap, Josh is one of the area’s most prolific foodie entrepreneurs, with six pubs and restaurants currently to his name. Since gaining its first Michelin Star in 2011, The Pony & Trap has gone from strength to strength and was recently named one of the top five gastropubs in the country and placed in the Top 100 restaurants in the country for the first time this year.
Josh is also the founder of Chicken Shed, a free range and organic fried chicken restaurant in Bristol’s iconic CARGO development. The newly opened CARGO 2 development is the latest addition to Bristol’s shipping-container based foodie revolution and is home to Salt & Malt Wapping Wharf, Josh’s newest establishment serving up signature gluten free fish and chips, as well as amazing seasonal seafood special.
Salt & Malt, Chicken Shed and Pony & Trap will all feature at our evening post-conference event at The Anson Rooms which is kindly sponsored by The Agency Works. There will also be music from Bristol DJ Jambo.
This event is only open to Vision delegates and tickets are £35+VAT.
