Driving the Creative Sector Forward

The South West is full of some of the most exciting and dynamic creative businesses in the UK. Alongside business sits a fantastic pool of hugely talented individuals, freelancers and contract staff working across the digital, marketing, advertising, design, animation, TV Production, publishing and pr sectors.

We know that sometimes finding great talent can be a costly and timely exercise. The Talent Retention Project is a joint Bristol Media and South West RDA initiative to help creative companies find talent quickly and easily whilst assisting freelance and contract staff identify opportunities.

We have been successfully running the project in the West of England since January 2010 and have now started to roll it out to Devon.

We have recently received confirmation that the RDA would like to extend the project to the end of March 2011 and as part of that extension, we are very excited to be building a new freelance database which will go live in the New Year.
