looking for student/graduate 2d animators

I am helping out a small production company in London who are looking for 2d animators who are willing to work for low pay (or software) over the holidays/in spare time, to help out on a short film. The animation would be initially only a few shots and would involve some graffiti coming to life (integrated with live action). There is more than one character and some lip sync involved.
