MA New Media at UWE. Is permanent upgrade culture leaving you breathless and confused ? This degree will give you the tools to understand these changes in an historical context that cuts through techno babble . It will equip you with analytic ways of thinking that will enable you to understand and to take advantage of developing New Media opportunities. We can offer a thorough grounding in the theoretical analysis of New Media as well as options to further develop your digital media skills at an advanced level. The programme is suitable for part time or full time students from other media disciplines who want to understand the changing media environment as well as for post graduates who want to widen their skillset or prepare for research. The degree has very high ratios of staff to student time which means that we can design assessment tasks around your particular interests and aptitudes.
