About The Role: Play a key role within the centralised Communications team at Future where you will have wide-ranging responsibilities, primarily with a focus on media relations but also in broader external and internal communications. Join the team as Communications Executive and develop your PR skills within a diverse media company. Working within the UK press office, you will manage and advise a selection of the publishing and editorial teams on their PR requirements, writing press releases, pitching stories to the media and dealing with press enquiries. You will manage the UK and Plc press cuttings service and ensure regular and timely circulation of press coverage to Future’s teams. About You: You will have demonstrable experience of PR and media relations as well as a strong understanding of PR as a discipline. You will be looking to develop your PR skills further in a creative and diverse media environment. Creativity and a strong news sense are a must for this role. Excellent writing and organisational skills are essential, alongside skills of tenacity and diplomacy. You will be able to work on your own initiative and have impeccable communication and networking skills to ensure successful relationships are maintained with a wide variety of stakeholders.
