At Harleys you will have the opportunity to be working for world-leading, global clients, mainly in B2B sectors, to support creative teams provide solutions across a range of digital and printed channels. Listening to customer needs, before developing briefs and working alongside project teams to maintain production on time and on budget through to delivery.


Responsibilities include:

  • Gathering relevant support information and plan resource to meet demand. 
  • Establish time planning and project scheduling, tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Be aware of workload and to inform account manager of any anomalies as and when they arise
  • Keep excellent lines of communication open on project progress against original plan, as well as identifying any potential issues.
  • Day to day support of account managers and creative teams
  • Administrative tasks such as reports, managing data using our in house management system.
  • Update project status using management system

Person specification

The successful candidate will be expected to work alongside creative teams and excel in the skills below.

  • +2 years experience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a close team as well as on own initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and scheduling skills
  • Good time management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages, Excel in particular.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proactive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to establish priorities
  • Managing daily, weekly and long term work flow
