B2B/B2C agency Harleys Global Limited is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to help maintain, grow and develop our client base and take a key role in driving our strategic vision.

 

Harleys works with world-leading clients, mainly in B2B sectors, and as part of the company’s expansion, we are looking to hire a Business Development Manager/Estimator who will develop and deliver engaging projects across digital and printed channels. You’ll be out forming new relationships and looking for opportunities for Harleys to provide its creative brand and marketing services to both new and existing client markets. Taking responsibility for new business wins, you’ll see opportunities through from generating the initial lead through to pitch phase and final offer.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor all incoming client leads
  • Update leads onto database
  • Contact potential clients about initial enquiries
  • Ongoing client management via email, telephone contact and in person
  • Introduce the company and range of services we can provide
  • Establish client budgets, requirements and relevance
  • Obtain all applicable information and assets we need to progress
  • Creating and sending out relevant documentation for clients to complete
  • Manage a pipeline, forecasting and accurate commit of new business revenues
  • Oversee costing/production systems

Person specification

The successful candidate will be expected to work within our account services team and will offer the following skills/experience:

 

  • Minimum 2 years experience of working in sales, ideally in marketing/communications, digital or print related
  • Sound commercial awareness is essential, as is the ability to build relationships based on trust
  • Ability to develop and manage client relationships
  • Business development experience and knowledge of sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with good organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work on multiple tasks.
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
