I'm a freelance web designer and web software developer. Having graduated in 2009 (BSc Computer Science), I took a year out to do some voluntary work and I'm now looking to get stuck in to some paid work! I worked for a small tech company for a year before deciding to pursue a freelance career.

My skills include but aren't limited to Drupal + Ecommerce packages, Java, PHP, C, JavaScript, (X)HTML/CSS and platforms including Tomcat, CakePHP, Joomla and Wordpress.

I'm currently learning Objective C and Photoshop.

I'm a people person which means that I like putting people ahead of technology. That means a web site has to be useable ahead of any clever geeky functionality that's added in.

With over five years experience in both commercial software and web development and academic work I have a broad range of experience in all sorts of environments working for all sorts of people.
