Essentially, we build websites and software applications that use the web as a delivery medium. Our websites look nice, are dynamic and are content managed by you. Janusz (or Jan to those that know him best) has been a software consultant specialising in ASP.NET for nearly 7 years. A recent advocate of the Umbraco CMS he can now be found shouting from random soap boxes around Bristol regarding the untold benefits on using Umbraco (we're joking of course, though he does rather like it a lot)! He's a keen sportsman and enjoys the odd round of golf when he's not got a racquet of some sort in his hand.

Carl has a vast amount of website and software development experience in the retail sector having plied his trade at House of Fraser for many years. More recently he has consulted for agencies and has delivered projects for pretty much all of the major car manufacturers in the world including Lexus, Land Rover and Alfa Romeo. We Start Partys: We Start Partys required a website to use as a hub for their social media activities. The band have extensive social media coverage including Facebook, Twitter, Myspace and YouTube. The development of this website was conceived to be a single place - a musical hub for the integration of all of the bands content; a location for the release of new and exclusive content, and a tool for blogging to their fans about their experiences whilst recording and whilst on tour. Built on the Umbraco Content Management System with custom developments for features such as downloadable music tracks based on a distributed voucher system, the band are able to access and update their content from whichever global city the they are currently touring in!
Oakwood Dc: Mayfly have been contracted by Oakwood for various projects over the past couple of year for a multitude of international clients. We have built systems as diverse as an online CRM system for a large multinational oil company to a USB based toy aimed at the American market for the largest toy manufacturer in the world. Our experience and expertise on developing the CRM system has helped to increase productivity by 50% and is currently used by account managers the world over to help with the supply of oil to power stations. To allow for an efficient product lifecycle our consultant worked using agile methodologies to deliver software iterations on a weekly lifecycle.
EMO: Mayfly have sub-contracted on behalf of EMO for over a year now and the relationship we have with them is one that we are extremely proud of. EMO trust us to develop projects for their biggest clients, household brands and multinational organisations, names such as Alfa Romeo, Tesco, Land Rover and Lexus, brands that demand the highest quality of software and standards. We've been involved with many Umbraco projects to-date but the one were most proud of is the current, ongoing project of re-writing parts of the Umbraco source code for a large scale CMS solution. We can't say too much about it at present but what we can say is that our developers have successfully reverse engineered the Umbraco source code to use it purely as a content delivery \ storage mechanism. We're now building on top of it an interface that is less "techy" and aimed more at the small business owner, allowing us to leverage the power, flexibility and speed of Umbraco in an interface that your grandma could use!
