Personal Profile:

I am an adaptable, highly organised, innovative team player, used to working in a fast moving and high pressure industry. My motivation has always been to work in a creative atmosphere and to understand the demands of the market in order to produce an end product. Through my varied work experience I have gained key skills to that effect, most notably, management, decision-making and communication skills. Other areas of expertise include outsourcing, research and development and the training of others.

My background is within digital and interactive media, notably the computer game software development industry. Having initially achieved two degrees in graphic design and animation respectively, I spent the first part of my career animating and working with motion capture data for Codemasters Software Ltd. I then branched into general CG modelling/texture work alongside my animation work whilst working for Eidos Interactive. In more recent times, I worked in outsource management for the Disney Interactive Media Group.

Professional Experience:

Outsource management (briefing and feedback for external teams, daily management and communication). Working on high profile/budget projects in large teams and within smaller sub-teams with an overall knowledge of project structures, time management and delivery.

Proven ability in using and quickly adapting to high end software packages. Knowledge of a wide range of general software. CG modelling, texturing and animation experience. Motion capture manipulation. Particle effects and dynamics. 2D skills (hand drawn, digital, story boarding, concepts).
