Francesca is a coach within the broadcast industry - using her experience as a reporter, producer and presenter for BBC News and combining them with executive coaching techniques to help on-air talent perform more effectively.

Francesca offers bespoke one-to-one sessions to TV & radio presenters and reporters and helps them assess and improve their on-air performance and build confidence and creativity in all their broadcast skills. She is passionate about helping broadcasters connect with and engage their audience in a real and honest way.

She also works with people who are either new to television or who operate outside the main broadcast industry but need to communicate effectively on screen.

In addition, she is an independent executive coach for senior managers and editors within the broadcast industry and trains talent managers and executives in coaching skills.

Francesca is a highly skilled communicator and facilitator.

She is a member of the Association for Coaching and adheres to their ethics and guidelines.
