Amanda Doyle is a solicitor of 20+ years experience and for 8 years was an executive board member of one of Europe's most successful communications companies, Orange UK, with revenues of between €5-6bn, a customer base of 16.9m customers and workforce in excess of 11,000 employees. Amanda is an experienced commercial lawyer, having worked on a wide range of commercial projects. She was responsible for setting up the legal frameworks for many key Orange marketing and sponsorship activities notably: Orange Wednesdays, the 2 for 1 cinema ticket offer; Orange's sponsorship of the BAFTA's; the Orange Prize for Fiction and the negotiation and conclusion of contractual discussions in relation to a £45m sponsorship of a Formula 1 team. Her most recent projects have involved the leadership of a high profile, network-sharing project and management of a major Competition Commission investigation on price control regulations, protecting revenue of circa £100m.
