Professional Writing Summer School

This five-day course is for people who are interested in becoming writers and would like to find out more about different aspects of the craft. Through a series of workshops, you’ll look at how to tell strong stories and create convincing characters, how to develop ideas for feature articles and non-fiction books, and at the skills that go into effective business writing. Tutors running workshops over the week include the novelist and screenwriter Kris Kenway, high-profile features journalist Oliver Bennett and prolific non-fiction author Susy Marriott.
