DESCRIPTION:This workshop is suitable for all levels of in-house and agency comms specialists, including senior managers with operational involvement in crisis planning, crisis management teams or business continuity.  As far as possible, the session will be tailored to the needs of individuals attending and will create a forum for sharing of experience and knowledge.  Practical work on both real and imaginary scenarios will reinforce learning.
Topics will include:

	issue or crisis: is there a choice?
	identifying issues that might bite
	crisis incubation: diagnostic indicators
	what type of crisis
	crisis planning checklist
	avoiding the crisis culture
	scenario work and case studies
	what to say – and do – when your crisis strikes

All full day courses are £125.00 plus VAT for members of professional bodies as described on our home page, and £150.00 plus VAT for non members.  Half day courses are £50.00 plus VAT for members, and £75.00 plus VAT for non members.
