A unique opportunity to see two programmes of the short films nominated for the Best Short Animation and Best Short Live-action films at the 2009 Academy Awards announced in March. Includes the winners La Maison en Petits Cubes (Pieces of Love) and Spielzeugland (Toyland). Following the animation screening Cineformation will present a free panel discussing what makes an Oscar® winning short film with Chris Tidman from Shorts International and other guests.
