DESCRIPTION:The Shepton Mallet Digital Arts Festival is a community arts project celebrating and showcasing the South West as a centre of excellence for creativity in digital media.

Our programme will include films from up and coming talent, as well as acclaimed work from industry stalwarts such as Aardman Animation and the BBC Natural History Unit.  We will also be showing a free special bonus big screen experience of episode 1 of the new BBC’s flag ship TV spectacular “Life”! 
 
And you can catch three of the best locals bands at our music night – the event will also be a multi-camera shoot for aspiring video makers, working along side a mentor.
