Bristol Media is keen to support our employer members in their search for new talent, and in helping companies grow and develop teams.  With the increasing levels of legal implications regarding advertising for talent, employing people and building teams, we are keen to ensure our members get the right information and understand the best way of creating a superb team, avoiding any pitfalls along the way.

We are now launching 4 Employer Workshops for 2012 run by Kerrie Hunt, Partner Head of Employment at Thrings, and Liz Gadd from Xchangeteam.  Each workshop will be held at Thrings, The Paragon, Counterslip, Bristol BS1 6BX and will run from 4.30pm-6.30pm with tea and coffee on arrival.  The Workshops are suitable for HR professionals, those responsible for recruitment and key decision makers in agencies and companies who do not have an HR person but who do regularly recruit.

The Workshops will cover:

• Recruitment Advertising and Attracting Talent (14th March)
• The Interview and Job Offer (25^th April)
• The Probation Period (13^th June)
• Managing and Retaining your Team (11^th July)

Each workshop is £25+VAT to Bristol Media members and £55+VAT for non-members.  Book all four workshops at the same time and get one free!
