Course Detail
The training day starts promptly at 09.00 at Watershed, 1 Canons Road, Harbourside, Bristol BS1 5TX. Registration is from 8.30am and lunch is provided.
09.00 – 10.45 Recruitment, Contracts, Employment Status – How to benefit from a solid foundation.
11.00 – 12.45 Managing Poor Performance, Sickness and Absence – How to manage particular issues in Film and TV.
LUNCH
13.45 – 15.15 Flexible Working, Discrimination, Harassment – How to deal with difficulties in the workplace.
15.30 – 17.00 Redundancy, Unfair dismissal, Employment Tribunals – Understanding what is involved, how to achieve what the business needs and avoid claims.
