No Description We build creative ideas collaboratively, and as the “digital revolution” plays out, people – their knowledge, motivation and energy - are the key to future business.

This session explores the new relationships between employees and employers, and the role of funders, collaborators, experts, participants and audiences?

It’s an interactive workshop with insights drawn from past Vision contributors:

  • Adrienne Noonan on the potential in internships, apprenticeships and developing talent
  • Mike Berry and Liz Gadd from Xchangeteam on the best way to recruit, retain and develop staff Mandy Merron from Kingston Smith on the economic power of people

There will be great case-studies on all aspects of people development.

  • What drives motivation?
  • How do you develop effective relationships?
  • What do people need from you?
  • What is the economic value of people – in creative ideas and financial returns?
  • How can you build and grow an effective team?
  • How do you work with people very different from you?
  • How do you evolve or end relationships?

It’s entirely practical, so during the session, we’ll face some challenges, share the benefits, and develop the best ways for your business to grow its people, and its profits.

The session takes place on Thursday 15 September at Arnolfini Light Studio from 2pm-6pm.

Tickets are free to Bristol Media members, £75 to non-members.
