BBC Whiteladies Road - Monday 3rd October, 1pm-3.00pm

As TV gets closer to the web, joint-ventures and co-productions create new experiences and export markets open, our business is getting more complex, so how can you best work with people outside your building?

Jane Saunders, Coaching Network Manager in the BBC College of Leadership, leads a dispersed team and facilitates change management. She provides an insight into the golden rules of good, collaborative working from awaydays to teleconferencing.

Lisanne O’Keefe is a Production Manager with experience on programmes as diverse as the natural history series Life and daytime’s Wanted Down Under.  She manages getting people out, getting pictures back, story structures and fine cuts across thousands of miles.

Aaron Dey is a technologist with Clearer TV - http://clearer.tv – based in London’s Tech City, with an online production platform Frameblast that aims to provide all the needs for TV production across the web.

There will be the chance to try out Frameblast within the session, and engage in beta development.
