JISC have commissioned Dick Willis, HOST Policy Research Associate, to carry out some research on their behalf.  If you use or would like to use academic research to develop your products or services, Dick would really like to hear your opinions about whether or not you find this process easy.

He's researching the benefits to business of open access to research articles (as opposed to them being published in subscription journals or on a pay-per-view basis).
