River Monster  In the third series of River Monsters, extreme angler and biologist Jeremy Wade is back with more investigations into the murky world of fishermen’s tales. Tales of river monsters that are frighteningly large, or dangerous, or both. Rare predators with the potential to take life include the Sawfish in Australia, Electric eel in Brazil, The Wolf Fish in Surname and the Ball Cutter in Papua New Guinea. Jeremy’s search for the truth takes him on a dark and dangerous journey across The Globe to reveal that the truth, while elusive and complex, is every bit as unbelievable as myth

Harry Marshall, CEO, Icon Films says: “We’re delighted with the success River Monsters has achieved and are excited to be continuing our relationship with Animal Planet US.  Jeremy Wade’s infectious enthusiasm for the undiscovered has captured America’s imagination and the fourth series promises to be packed with as much excitement, danger and adventure as its forerunners.”
