We’ve developed a great relationship with the BBC through the Innovation Academy sessions – and if you liked those, you’ll LOVE Fusion.  

It’s a touring exhibition for BBC staff and the creative industries, bringing the latest technology, working practices and future thinking from BBC Academy and BBC R&D, plus The Blue Room, their touring demo set-up with the latest equipment and consumer gadgets.

Fusion is at the BBC site at Ty Oldfield in Cardiff  (CF5 2YQ)  starting at 11.30 on Tuesday 5th and running through to 4pm on Wednesday 6th.

Workshop sessions include :

• An update on the key projects running in BBC R&D
• Developments in 3D for broadcast
• How the BBC is using social media to increase audience reach 
• Tapeless video production 
• The role of games in developing broadcast
• Opportunities with BBC Knowledge

We’re working with the BBC Academy on bringing Fusion to Bristol as part of the Bristol-BBC Anchor, and also planning more Innovation Academy sessions.
