No DescriptioniScript is a transcription company based in Clifton, Bristol, providing the television and film industry with high quality, accurate and fast transcriptions, post production scripts and rushes logs.

iScript was started in 2007 by Leanne Hemings. Bristol born Leanne is no stranger to the TV industry. With over 12 years experience working for companies such as the BBC, Aardman Animations and RDF Television.  During Leanne’s time as a Production Manager, she noticed a gap in the market for a good quality transcription company, and so iScript was born.

In 2011 Holly Hill joined the company as Client Services Director.  Originally from the Lake District she graduated in Media Studies at University and then landed her first job at Evolutions Television in London in 2002. Moving from London to Bristol eight years ago with her husband Holly has settled into the city and developed a career in the media working for TV companies and also in publishing.

The pair are busy planning to re-launch the company with a fresh and vibrant new look to celebrate the partnership and also the expanding client base of the company.  With pages on Facebook and Twitter and a long list of contacts in the television industry, iScript is fast becoming one of the hottest TV transcription companies around.

iScript have been busy delivering scripts for broadcasters including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, ITV, FIVE, Discovery and Sky 1.  There has been a big success with the programme Secret Dealers, drawing in over 1.1 million viewers on the first episode, with the full post production scripts provided by iScript.

Emily Burt, RDF Television said: “iScript is a reliable company. Leanne works closely with the productions she is supplying scripts for and ensures all needs are met, going beyond the call of duty when tight turnarounds are required. Not to mention the fab cupcakes!”

Holly Hill, 30, said: “I’m very excited to be a part of iScript and to be involved with the re-launch. Leanne and I can’t wait to really sink our teeth into Bristol’s creative community.”
