The Department of Culture, Media and Drama, School of Creative Arts at UWE are carrying out research into local news training needs and have produced this survey to find out what kind of journalism courses members of the public might find useful.  It would be particularly useful to hear from people currently involved in some form of community journalism.

The survey is available from Newsfutures. http://newsfutures.co.uk/category/training/  It can be anonymous but it is also an opportunity for people to register an interest should any courses come forward in the future.

The results will be made available in a report later in the year.
