Annecy 2011 – 6th - 11th June

About the event:

Annecy (www.annecy.org/home) is a content-based professional trade fair for film, TV, video games, the internet and mobile phones. The unique, international event is a competitive festival for features, short films, graduation films and TV.

With 450 exhibitors, 70 countries represented, 7,300 attendees and over 200 buyers, Annecy celebrated its 50th year in 2010.The 2011 event will feature conferences to discuss major artistic, technical and economical issues in the animation industry.

Tradefair on behalf of BKSTS (www.bksts.com) will be co-ordinating the UK stand. UK Trade & Investment have confirmed grants of up to £1,000 for eligible UK companies when they participate on the UK stand.

Services and Costs Annecy 2011

Event Management:

The event management covers individual client support for the event from Tradefair, stand/Pavilion location, onsite management throughout build-up, event and breakdown, management of stand contractor, group promotion, full administration support before, during and post event, grant claim and reimbursement.

Package:

Access to exclusive UK meeting stand to include:

• 1 table

• 3 chairs

• Company graphic on the stand

• 2 x full accreditations (entry to the festival, conferences, Mifa and Mifa opening party, this includes access to all screenings and events)

• Entry in group directory
