1.        A programme of Action Learning sets for individual business leaders – the opportunity for you to shape your ideas     with a peer group in 3 facilitated round-table sessions at 3-month intervals

2.        Six stimulus workshop sessions covering the 3 core themes :

• Technology horizon-scanning – opening up knowledge sharing with Bristol University and its commercial partners, BBC R&D, Hewlett Packard.
• Asset development – with inputs on staff performance - personality and personal development, asset development, scenario-planning and combining economic benefits with reward structures.
• Product development – disruptive innovation, asset reviews and monetisation, IP and format income, export and international co-production.
