In January, Bristol Media launched a new jobs and freelancer site, http://www.swcreativejobs.co.uk  The site is supported by the South West Regional Development Agency as part of the Talent Retention scheme, and has been designed for the creative sector in the South West.  Until the end of March, the site is free for all companies to post freelance roles, and for freelancers to showcase their skills.  After the end of March, all users will need to become members of Bristol Media to continue to use the site for free in order that the site remains self sustaining.

From 1^st April, Bristol Media would like to offer a service for its members that includes both freelance and permanent recruitment services for both clients and candidates, and we aim to do this by working in partnership with one or more recruitment companies based in the region. 

Recruitment companies based in the region only are therefore invited to express an interest in tendering to offer a recruitment service to clients who would like to take advantage of using a Preferred Supplier to Bristol Media to offer a full recruitment service, including permanent recruitment from 1^st April 2011.

• How would you propose that you could deliver a cost effective and efficient recruitment service to the members of Bristol Media?
• Please describe the services you are suggesting in detail (including fees) and the benefits to the clients and the candidates.
• Please include the structure of the team who will deliver the service and your terms along with any other information that you feel relevant.

The deadline for responses is 5pm Friday 28th January.  Proposals will be reviewed and initial feedback given by the 1st February. The final decision will be made by the 4^th February.

The contract will be effective from 1^st April 2011 and will run for one year initially, with three monthly reviews.
