Bristol Media is currently inviting expressions of interest from individuals across the city’s television sector who feel they can contribute towards the growth and development of Bristol Media as an industry, membership organisation.  This is a non  paid, voluntary board role. 

Your involvement will bring added value to the board and the wider BM network.

You’ll be a high profile company founder, director or MD who is comfortable to take on a “television representative” role on the board.

Probably but not necessarily an exisiting member, you’ll have previously engaged in BM activity and have a sound knowledge of the sector challenges, nationally and locally and have actively participated in other industry, trade networks and organisations over recent years.

You’ll be required to attend monthly board meetings (usually held on first Thursday of the month between 6.15pm – 8.30pm) and be happy to help shape and define our annual strategy.

We’ll also need your imput around our regular programme of ongoing BM activity and in particular be willing to liaise with independent production and post production companies and freelancers and help coordinate any new sector specific activity.
