Here are the details:

Salaries to £25k commission at a £2850.00 fixed fee

Salaries from £25001 to £35000 commission at a £4050 fixed fee

Salaries from £35001 to £49999 commission at a £5500 fixed fee

Salaries from £50k – a flat 15% of salary.

You will receive the full recruitment service, including a dedicated Account Manager until the relevant candidate is placed with your company

Rebate terms as standard.

Recruitment service includes:

• Account Manager throughout the campaign
• Visit from Xchangeteam to discuss formal and extensive brief
• Expert assistance with writing the advertisement for the role
• Post to Top 10 relevant sites and Bristol Media and Talent Retention Scheme
• Assistance with writing job descriptions and person specifications
• Help plan recruitment and retention strategy, short, medium and long term.
• First interview all candidates
• Briefing candidates on the role and interview preparation
• Arranging (and attending if required) first interviews between client and candidate
• Feedback after first interview stage
• Arranging (and attending if required) second interviews/presentations between client and candidate
• Feedback after second interview stage
• Negotiate and present offer for candidate
• Arrange and assist with placement, first day/week support
• Feedback and statistics on the campaign
• Ongoing support for the business from dedicated Account Manager

You are also provided with:

• Recruitment and Interviewing Training Help and Advice, through formal and informal training from Xchangeteam and Talking Heads
• Advice, Help, and Training for Freelancers, including advice on PAYE/Limited Company/Sole Trader status
• Reduced fees for Talking Heads training courses
