Bristol Media

Bristol Media has been developing a scheme to help creative businesses reduce their carbon footprint, working with Forum for the Future and South West Screen. On Thursday 10th June, Jonathon Porritt visits Bristol for a pre-launch discussion with creative companies and we have just four more places available.

The official launch of the Scheme will be in September, but this is an opportunity for you to to help shape the final proposal.

Bristol is a national leader in sustainable living, the home of wildlife production, and the right place to make the meaningful change that is essential for the future. Our project FutureNow, will provide the essential support for businesses – a facilitator to help you design your plans, links to calculators and funding, and a great promotional opportunity to tell your success stories.

On your behalf, we’ve spent months grappling with the wide range of schemes and support that are available, and we now need to shape the project to work for the particular character of our creative sector. We’ll see environmental credentials becoming part of the tendering process, so now’s the time to for us to get the house in order, and stay ahead of the game.

The event takes place from 3.30-4.30pm in The Loft at Goldbrick House on Thursday 10th June. If you would like to join us with Jonathon Porritt, please email Paul Appleby, paul@vidcomms.co.uk to reserve your place.
