The new corporate identity reflects the company’s commitment to provide more than just websites with a fully integrated service in digital media, including search engine optimisation, digital marketing, usability audits and social media.

Simon Newing, Managing director says: “Towards the end of 2009 the team escaped for a few days in the Devon countryside and we took the opportunity to talk about us, our customers, our work and the industry. The clear outcome was a desire to concentrate on the essentials and help make the digital world work for our customers.”

The new look incorporates a fresh identity and logo which can be updated and changed to suit seasons or themes. Focus will base themselves around an up-front, no fuss and honest approach combined with an outstanding personal level of service, which has been highlighted as a particular strength by many of their customers over the years.

Lisa Ballam, Account Director says: The most important thing to us is that we continue to provide as high level of service as possible to our existing clients, old and new, with the addition of some new and exciting services to help them get even more return for their investment from their websites.

As part of the rebrand, 2010 will also see the establishment of a new division within the group, solely concentrating on bespoke software development using internet technologies.
