CIPR

In today’s challenging economic climate, when we all are faced with difficult decisions, the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) in the South West is offering Bristol Media members the chance to be inspired by a variety of creative and effective solutions.

On Thursday 8th October 2009, the Watershed in Bristol City Centre will host the 2009 CIPR South West Communicators’ Conference, supported by Bristol Media.

The conference title "Making the most of challenging times ’ will feature the keynote speaker is Clarence Mitchell of Freud Communications and official spokesman for Kate and Gerry McCann.

This full day conference is packed with opportunities to learn, network and debate. There are 12 workshops, covering topics from sustaining strong communications to implementing practical solutions. The conference concludes with a plenary session, including Jan Ormondroyd, Chief Executive of Bristol City Council, and our keynote speaker Clarence Mitchell, debating the question ‘What Next’?

Buffet lunch and refreshments are included in the ticket price. Ticket prices start at just £75.00 plus VAT for CIPR members, if booked by end of August, and just £95.00 plus VAT for non members. Bristol Media has agreed a discounted rate of £75.00 plus VAT for the first 10 Bristol Media members
