Bristol Media in association with our sponsors, Smith & Williamson, TLT LLP and Project Graphics are delighted to announce an extra 185 free tickets for our private viewing of the Banksy v Bristol Museum Exhibition on Thursday 20th August from 6pm-9pm.

We knew this event would be popular but we didn’t expect the sheer volume of people. Our stats showed that there were 853 people trying to book tickets in just a 2 minute period. As a result the Eventbrite system crashed and took a little time to catch up.

So, after being inundated with emails and calls from people who missed out we’ve chatted to the powers that be and have managed to secure an extra 185 tickets. But, we need to make you aware of some booking changes.

• This event is exclusive to existing Bristol Media members ONLY.

• If you’ve already booked tickets please don’t book anymore. We want to share these out across as many Bristol Media members as possible.

• We are now limiting 2 tickets per named booking per company.

• You must book your place to ensure your name is on the guest list on the door to gain entry. Please also print off your confirmation and bring it with you.

• Unfortunately we will can not permit entry to anyone whose name is not on the list.

• This is a Bristol Media event so you must be already be a Bristol Media member. All named ticket bookings will automatically be checked against our member database. Anyone who has booked who is not a member will be removed without notice and will not be able to get in.

• Any corporate companies and organisations that are not part of the creative sectors listed above that wish to attend, should contact mike@bristolmedia.co.uk before completing this booking.

• A pay bar will be available on the evening. This has been kindly arranged by the Council and given the extra allocation of tickets the bar is likely to be very, very busy, so please don’t say we didn’t warn you!

• If the orange register button dissapears, it means we have sold out, not that the system isn’t working.

• Please DO NOT email or call us requesting tickets. We are unable to respond due to the sheer volume of emails and telephone calls we are getting. Bookings can only be made through the Eventbrite system.
