The pitfalls and traps of IP and technology disputes will be discussed at a Technology and Media Seminar on Thursday 3 July presented by Withy King’s Technology and Media Practice.

Have you ever had to enforce your rights as an IP owner? Or been on the receiving end of an unexpected claim? IP and technology disputes often encompass highly complex issues; we will look at a fictional case in order to identify the possible pitfalls and consider issues you need to be aware of when making or facing IP infringement claims.

The event will start with registration at 4:00pm with the seminar commencing at 4:30pm. There will then be an informal networking event and finger buffet at 5.30pm where you can meet members of the Technology & Media practice.
