For the fourth year running, South West Screen is offering an industry-backed Post Graduate Bursary Fund. Three awards will be made, each of £3,000. The aim is to provide financial support to talented and highly motivated students, for whom the cost of continuing studies might provide a barrier to taking up a post graduate level vocational course.

A panel of senior industry members will select the three lucky award winners. Talent, motivation and a well thought out career path are the main criteria. Applicants must be looking to attend a post graduate course with Skillset accreditation and/or industry approval. All subject strands are eligible although there are skills areas which the Bursary Fund has prioritised: script writing/ screen writing, film and television production, CGI and animation.

The applicant must be from the South West, but the course can be anywhere in the UK.
