Would you be interested in offering a second-year art/media/design student an invaluable 2- to 5-week work experience opportunity? Enthusiastic UWE School of Creative Arts media, illustration, photography, graphic design, fashion/textiles and fine art students are seeking 5 weeks’ work experience between January and April as part of accredited modules.
While students are responsible for arranging their own placements, we would like to point them toward keen local companies.
Broad areas of interest include:
DESIGN/MEDIA > print, digital, motion graphics, animation, web, advertising, illustration, marketing, pre-production, post-production, runners, etc.
FASHION/TEXTILES > pattern cutting, buying, print and stitch design, knitwear design, jersey and woven design, sales, styling, events, merchandising.
FINE ART > assist practicing artists, galleries and museums.
If you’d like to host a work experience student – or work with students on live projects, please let us know!
